I've not been able to regularly update my blog recently as I've started a new job. It's been a hectic couple of weeks to say the least. I've tried to stay on plan with Slimming World and am now about six weeks into it. I was starting to doubt the whole thing as my recent losses have only been a few lbs. Meal Food Notes Breakfast One of those days today, I've not eaten breakfast. Lunch 2 Slimming World Burgers (free) Syn Free Chips Mixed veg (Carrot, Sweetcorn, Peas, Beans) Mixed veg frozen, put into microwave with some water. 4 minute on max then a further three minutes. Week two.

So I've weighed again today and despite all of the hard work, I've only managed to lose a single pound. I know that a loss is a loss but I'm a bit disappointed that I hadn't lost any more. I think I know where I'm going wrong though. The plan has what they call speed food. Your plate should have 1/3 speed food.
