Weigh In VIII

I didn’t post last week cos I was struggling a bit. I’d had a couple of weekends where alcohol had gotten the best of me. Not to the extent that I was drunk for weeks but I’d had a good number of beers on a Friday and Saturday night. That combined with less than Slimming World friendly meals out (including my favourite Fish and Chips) and I put on 1.5 lbs.

I therefore had to try harder this week to turn around the gain. I’ve managed to do just that. I lost the 1.5 lbs that I put on and another 2 lbs too. I’m chuffed to beans with that little turn around and hope that I can keep this up.

I’m due to head out to the “Judgement Day” rugby at the Principality Stadium this weekend. I will no doubt be tempted to sink a couple of beers but I’m going to try and stay as close to plan as I possibly can. I’m determined to lose another 3 lbs next week.
