It's been quite a difficult week for me this week. My motivation has been slipping and whilst I've been good, I can't help shake the feeling that I'm no different now to where I was thirteen weeks ago. So, the time has come to keep me on track with this weight loss and fitness lark. I've lost two stone and will need to lose at least another eight to get to my target. To give myself something to aim for, I've decided to set myself a challenge. By this time next year, I will have lost enough weight to climb Snowdon, the highest mountain in this wonderful country. So it's finally happened. I've broken the two stone barrier. I lost 5lbs last week and had a bit of a shock when I stepped on the scale. With the exception of one week, I have lost every week on this new way of thinking about food. I'm trying to cram more veg into my meals. I'm one lb off making it to my two stone award this week. I was hoping that I would get through that barrier this weekend, especially as I had a good weekend and a fantastic walk of about 4k to The Devil's Pulpit. My loss this week was only 1/2 a pound. So this is another update from my last weigh in. I've had a poor weekend which included a McDonalds breakfast, a delicious Carvery and an incredible ice-cream sundae (last Sunday!)
