Two Stone

So it’s finally happened. I’ve broken the two stone barrier. I lost 5lbs last week and had a bit of a shock when I stepped on the scale.

With the exception of one week, I have lost every week on this new way of thinking about food.

I’m trying to cram more veg into my meals. My bolognaise has the beef of course but also includes carrot, onions, mushrooms, tomato’s, sweetcorn and it’s all free. The pasta is free too and so filling.

It’s amazing to see what you can eat on this plan and it’s making me lose weight with very little effort.

So two stone gone, eight more to go to my target (two more to my interim). I’m hoping at this rate it will be within 12 months but I’m not getting too carried away!
