A wee gain.

So I thought that I might have lost a little bit more this week but it turns out that rather than a pound off, I’ve put half a pound on.

I’m not entirely sure where it all went so wrong but I’m guessing that a Maccy D’s on Saturday night didn’t help.

I’ve been as good as I can over the last few days so apart from the obvious Saturday night blip (which I did feel quite guilty over), I need to try and figure out what else went wrong.

So it’s going to be a food diary week from here. We have a bank holiday weekend coming up and my mood is quite low at the moment. I really feel like saying hang the sense of it and going out to get drunk but I know that won’t make things better.

The black dogs are barking a bit this week.

  1. Don’t let it hit you so hard Phil. It’s a minute gain, it’ll be gone next week and more on top. Weight loss is rarely a straight trajectory there will be ups and downs. Not to mention your weight fluctuate by up to 2lbs throughout the day so it may not be a gain at all. You could weigh yourself tomorrow and find it’s gone. Concentrate on the fact that you have already lost loads in a short space of time. You are doing great, concentrate on the positives.
