A loss is a loss…

So after last weeks frankly magnificent 6lb loss last time out, this week has slowed a little. Only half a pound off this week. However it is still a loss.

My week has been good and I’ve done more or less the same as I did the week before. I’m a bit baffled by the way the body works and I’m not sure if I need to go and see a doctor who might be able to explain it.

So I am a bit dejected tonight but if I look at it over the last two weeks I have lost just under half a stone. That’s just crazy.

I’ve got a tough few weeks coming up. I’m off to the British Grand Prix as Silverstone, then I have the Steelhouse Festival at the end of July along with Bloodstock in August.

I hope that I can maintain through these next few weeks and then kick arse for a couple of weeks between the Formula One and the Classic Rock.  I’m sure I will be able to do it.

Weight 25st 7.5lbs
Loss  0.5lb
Total 46lb
3st 3.5lb

  1. As I noted on your FB page, avoid Diet pop drink like the plague, they are super sweet and give you cravings, I gave up all sweets, chocolate, biscuits cakes etc on November 1st initially as part of a No November, and have just carried on in the same vein, it wasn’t easy to start with but its a lot easier now, and I dont even miss it. It helped a great deal by also giving up diet pop, but as a treat now and again, I drink a normal full fat pop, usually a Sprite has it has less sugar.
