Back on it…

So I’m a day early with the weigh in this week. I’m heading to the Bloodstock Open Air metal festival tomorrow so I can’t go to the usual group session. 

Last weeks weigh in wasn’t a shock. I knew that I was going to put on after the Steelhouse Festival. However this week, I have been good. Honest Guvnor.  

Luckily the scales seemed to agree with me and this week I have lost another 6.5lbs. So I’m nearly at the 4 1/2 stone mark. I’ve taken the 3.5lb I put on last week, lost that and more so over the last two weeks, it’s been a 3lb loss.

So what have I eaten this week? I did make one of the recipes from the new 5 ingredient book. I had a go at the Turkey Jalfresi. Loads of speed veg in there and that I think has partly contributed to it. 

I also spent a tenner on Marks and Spencer’s Skinny range. The sausages and burgers are well nice and they also do a Kofta which is well tasty. Added a few boiled spuds and some >eek< salad leafs. A decent dollop of low low mayo and some low fat dressing. Has done me three meals so far and perhaps I could have stretched it to four.

With 25 syns per day (at the moment), I am quite able to have a largish meal and include a few syns to add a bit of flavour.

Anyway, this weekend is another festival which means crappy food and beers. I know that next week will probably be another gain but if I can be good upon my return then perhaps I can limit the damage.
