I simply can’t believe it! Look at it, just look! Where’s my marshmallows!!?

These Hi-Fi bars are one of the best things about going to Slimming World. They are £1.95 for a box of six and are a complete life saver. You can have two as a healthy extra or they count as three sins a piece.

They come in loads of different flavours. Orange, Mint, Rocky Road, Salted (oh my god) Caramel and as of next week, there’s a new Sticky Toffee Pudding flavour. I can’t wait but I’m absolutely gutted by the lack of marshmallows on my Rocky Road. Perhaps that counts as just 2 syns!

Anyway, on to the weigh in. I’ve still felt a bit rough this week. I’ve still got this cold so my head and eyes have felt really tired and heavy. I wasn’t expecting much of a loss so was pleased when the scales of doom registered another 3lb loss.

I’m on to 5st 5lbs now. I’m heading for the next certificate so a 2.5lb loss would do me nicely next week.

I’ve a good night out tomorrow and then on Sunday, I finally get to see the incredible Dave Gorman live. I cannot wait for that one. It’s going to be utterly brilliant but I’m going to drive there so won’t be drinking. Is it possible to overdose on Diet Coke?
