Down but not out.

God almighty, I’ve had a bit of a nightmare this week. I’ve struggled with my day to day and have my mind has been concentrating on a lot of things other than my food optimising.

I’d not concentrated on what I’ve been eating but I suppose subconsciously I knew that I wasn’t being as bad as I thought I’d been.

So, stepping on the scales of doom, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I’ve lost another 4lbs this week. It certainly doesn’t feel that I’m another lump down, just 1/2 lb off 6.5 stone.

I’m hoping that I can get that 1/2 lb off this week but I have an afternoon and evening out tomorrow. I may then go out on Saturday too so temptation may take me down the wrong road.

I’ll certainly try my best to stay on plan and I hope that I can walk away from next weeks group with a new certificate for the Wall of Weightloss.
