So another jaunt around Roath Park tonight. I was in the company of Alex this evening so that always makes the walk go a bit quicker.

Another 5k on top of the weekends wanderings. The forecast isn’t great weatherwise tomorrow so there may be a night off. However, if it lets up then perhaps I’ll get out for another 5k.
