So the weather hasn’t been great today. Earlier this afternoon, it was hammering down in Cardiff.

I posted that I’d probably not head out for a walk today. I’ve done a walk every day since last Friday so I was going to miss out today.

I got home and had my tea. Wednesday is as best I can, steak and potatoes day. So I had my plate full of delicious new spuds, steak and mixed veg.

The rain stopped earlier so I thought I’d just go for a quick wander just up and around the block.

So another quick wander around the top loop. Up Heol Hir, then down Cherry Orchard Road and back along Excalibur Drive.

Half an hour alone with my stupid brain. Going over happenings and people both here and gone.

Another few calories saved.
