S.O.S.

I need some help and some inspiration. This weight is just not moving anymore. I’m stuck and I have absolutely no idea where I can get my mojo back.

I’ve put on 1lb this week and I’ve ok, not been great but I don’t think I’ve been that bad. 

I’ve stopped doing a food diary and I think I may need to do that. I’ve also stopped walking. It’s been a few weeks since I last took a wander. I’ve not been for nearly two weeks. 

So, my last month has been a roller coaster.  My weight has been up and down like a bloody yo-yo.

I’m absolutely lost at the moment. I really am at a loss for what to do. I’ve got a couple of SOS logs from Slimming World. I’m going to try and be completely honest with this next week. 

I do have a festival coming up but will have weighed by the time I go. I’ve got a visit with the Mum on the weekend and the British Grand Prix to look forward to.
