In shock…

I don’t really know where to begin this week. I’ve had a good few days. I’ve had a couple of what may be considered poor days and there have been in the majority good days but I’m still not sure how this plan works.

Friday night is usually the start of my week and I would have probably looked back on the week with a beer or two with some of my colleagues, however this week was a quiet one. I had an early finish from work which was nice. 

Saturday was again quiet. I went to see my old mum who treated us to lunch at the Beefeater. I had a burger with chips and cheese. Not great in the slightest. I was out on Saturday rocking until 4am on Sunday. Apart from that main meal, I didn’t eat at all. I supped diet coke all night so I hope that I’m not going to overdose.

Sunday’s main meal was roast chicken, carrots, mixed veg and gravy which seemed mostly to go down my front! The leftovers went into a curry with Mayflower Curry Sauce on Monday.

The remaining days saw me just have a normal lunch and dinner. I suppose I was within my syns and had plenty of veg with it.

So the Scales of Doom this week allowed me a bit of respite for next week. I’ve lost 7.5lbs this week. Yes, over half a stone in a week. And I do not know how.

I’m going to damage this weight loss this weekend. I have a festival where I’m going to enjoy myself. It’s going to be nuts and I know that I will not be good. Still, I can have a great weekend and look to get back on it on Monday.

    I have joined a class in penarth hoping to follow in your footsteps but i dont see how i will ever acheive such a remarkable amount of weight loss… good on you !!!!!
