Recovering well

So I managed to sprain my ankle last week after I collapsed in an alcoholic stupor! I went to the doc’s on Tuesday to see about my leg. It was a bit swollen even a week after the incident. My wonderful mum guilted me into going so I went. Just really a soft tissue injury. 

My blood pressure is still high though. I’m back on the Perindopril to try and bring this down a bit. I was congratulated on the weight loss but still reminded that there is still the risk of stroke. 

I’ve got a blood test next week and at last an appointment at the dentist. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get this gob sorted out and fingers crossed it’ll be the crown on top of the welshcake.

So this weeks loss is 3lbs. That’s 9st 10lbs in total. I’m off to a festival next week so will be taking a week off from the Blog but will certainly look to see how best I can get through the next weekend away.

Perhaps taking some low syn snacks with me. Alpen Bars are only 99p in Lidl at the moment so I’ll check those out. There may be some crap being eaten though. I definitely plan on having a giant yorkshire pud full of pork and stuff. I know not a great thing but just the one.
