The run ends…

So my good run of weight loss has come to an end this evening with a half pound gain. Dammit!!!

Ah well, I think I need to have a think about breakfast in particular. This last week I’ve been having a pot of porridge. However, they are not good. They are quite heavily syned so I think it’s probably a good idea to go back to the trusty old weetabix. 

I did have a Chinese on Friday night last week. It was very naughty but massively delicious. I’ve not had any alcohol this week and had a fairly quiet weekend. I didn’t have anything massively bad and had a fairly decent week.

I went for a walk on Monday and got soaked in the rain and I had a quick walk last night. So the exercise hasn’t been so bad this week. So it must be the food that’s caused this gain.

Deffo on the bus!

Gawd my life is so boring sometimes. I’m not sure how I can make a difference this week. Perhaps giving up the porridge is the way to go. I suppose I need to try and keep a food diary this week. See if that makes a difference.

Okay so, there do need to be some changes this week.

I know that there’s nothing coming up that’s going to derail me this week. There is a gig in Fuel on Saturday that I’m hoping to go to but I’m not sure that it’s going to happen and if I do go then I’ll probably drive to the gig so that I don’t drink.

I plan to go for a walk with my friend on Saturday too. I’ll also try and get out a couple of times next week for walks. Hopefully, the weather will hold so I can have an hour or so wandering.

We’ll see and I hope that a two pound loss is on the cards for next week.
