Lockdown : Week Seventeen.

It’s been another week working from home and after last weeks shocking weigh in, I felt that I should really monitor my week and see how I go. 

I thought that the scales that I had been using were faulty. They seemed to register a whole stone from week fifteen to week sixteen. No idea how that happened or why the scales would have done that.

I’ve purchased a new set of scales and as a test, tried them out yesterday. They registered a similar weight to the other scales so I suppose I have to accept that it’s where I am and work from there.

I promised that I’d keep a food diary and let you know about my food and my thoughts on a daily basis. I realise I’ve not done that but I have the info together and what you’re about to read is a word for word commentary on my last week.

Scary start to the new week on plan. The scales said that I had put on a whole stone which someone had pointed out that I’d have had to have eaten 60,000 extra calories to put on. There aren’t enough Pringles in Sainsburys for that!

I think that the scales are on the way out and have been giving me false readings over the last few weeks so I need to invest in a replacement. I’ll get one of those bluetooth ones that send the weight to a tracking app.

Did a short walk with Lauren this evening. Just over two miles. We had some chippy chips this evening. We shared a very small bag and I had some curry sauce on mine. I think we worked it at about 13 syns.
