So, the moment of truth has arrived and it was time to step on the Scales of Doom. (Or Justice if truth be told).
They weighed me in at 19st 10.8lbs (I know decimals!) so from last weeks weigh in at 20st 1lbs that’s 4.2lbs or so and back in to the 9 stone loss bracket (just).
Needless to say, I’m a little happier with that and it should be maintainable. If I go over my syns for the day then I know that it’s not the end of the world and I know that I can still make those little adjustments and lose a few pounds.
Some more body magic wouldn’t go amiss though and perhaps tomorrow I will get out for that next wander. Tonight may just be the Thornhill Mile though.
