A right quiet one.

This week has been an exceptionally quiet week. I have done very little and have been a bit boring so this is going to be a very short blog this week.

Last week saw a further half pound gain and that combined with the half pound gain the week before means that this week had to be a loss.

I have done a couple of walks this week and that was good. I had to collect my prescription on Wednesday so rather than get in the car, I decided to go on foot.

It’s not too far away but it was a good three miles or so. I also did the Thornhill Mile a couple of times too so I was pleased with that.

Friday was my team afternoon out. I drove down to Swansea so I wasn’t drinking but I did have a couple of alcohol free beers. They were nice but would have been synned. Still 6 syns per bottle. I also had a smash burger and some onion rings so that would have been well over my syns for the day.

The rest of the weekend wasn’t too bad. Had a lovely roast dinner on Sunday and the left over chicken went into curry last night.

The tale of the scale.

I was hoping that it would be a fairly decent loss this week. I had to lose at least a pound to bring me back on track.

I did think that it wouldn’t be such a bad week and thankfully it was a loss. Just 1lb off this week but that does negate the last two weeks gains.

Slightly disappointed as I had hoped it would have been better. Anyway, a loss is a loss and it’s been 7lbs off this month which gave me Slimmer of the Month.

Next week on Fatboy Slimmer.

It’s going to be a very difficult weekend this week. We’re off to Blackpool for this years Motorhead Weekender. A weekend of loud music and lots of beer. Well, perhaps not so much as I’m driving again. Four hours in the car and then back the next day.

Thankfully it’s a bank holiday weekend so there’s no need to rush back and hopefully we’ll have a couple of hours on sea front before heading back to Cardiff.

Anyway. Thanks for reading again. Short but sweet.
