Starting from the house, the plan was to walk along the greenbelt and down towards Lisvane and then back up to the railway station. However as I walked past Sainsbury’s, there was an ash path at the side of Llanishen Brook.

I decided to give that an explore and it eventually brought me out on my usual route towards the M4.

Had to cut it short this evening. My foot isn’t good today so will look to rest it slightly before my adventure to the Rugby tomorrow.
