May-hem…

So how has your week been? Mine hasn’t been great for a few reasons that I’ll not go into now.

It started okay, fell apart at the weekend and then work and stress has probably contributed to this weeks result.

I really don’t feel like writing a full blog this week so apologies and I’ll just keep it short.

The Tale of the Whale

I’ve been for my swims and now 18 swims accounted for and under 5 miles left to go. I’ve raised nearly £350 and my sincere thanks to all who have generously sponsored me.

The Tale of the Scale

The scales of doom registered a gain this week. Only 1lb but it’s absolutely gutting as I now need to sit and forensically dissect where that has come from.

After last week’s loss and the previous maintain it’s taken the wind out of my sails.

Next Time…

Next week won’t be any better. A day away with lots of booze and no doubt poor food choices is on the horizon again. I don’t think that I’ve had a weekend without a beer for months and it’s something I do need to reign in.

I also need to learn to say no to a lot more things!
