I’m back! Did you miss me? Nah, didn’t think so!
Sorry that I didn’t update you all last week. I didn’t get to the World of Slim as I was enjoying the musical stylings of the popular thrash combo, Slayer!
It’s been an okay couple of weeks. I’ve been to a few gigs, had a few beers and admittedly have been quite off plan. I have indulged in a number of takeaways and have had pub food too.
I have enjoyed myself but it does mean that I need to get back onto the plan and concentrate on my food and exercise.
I have got a date for the gym referral. It’s not until the end of the month so I’ll continue to go swimming and then will look to get an hour or two each week on the exercise bike and treadmill.

The sun is blazing at the moment and I’m stuck inside sweltering. I’ve booked an overnight at a campsite on Saturday so will be taking the tent to Carmarthenshire for an overnight stay. I will have Julian and Daniel San over too so it will be nice to just enjoy the Sun, have a few beers and some barbeque food, then back on it for the rest of the week.
The tale of the scale.

Only a pound on over the last two weeks. I’m quite happy about that as it could have been a very different story.
I’m still in the lower stone bracket but only just. If I can lose 1.5lbs this week then that’s the 3.5 stone lost. Watching the food, no snacks and definitely no crisps! Okay, maybe some Pringles and dip on Saturday. But, that’s it I promise.

Well, there is nothing else that might damage my attempt. I’ll be good tomorrow and for most of the day on Sunday.
Monday and Tuesday in the office, a swim next Wednesday and then a loss on Thursday.
