So after last weeks frankly magnificent 6lb loss last time out, this week has slowed a little. Only half a pound off this week. However it is still a loss. My week has been good and I've done more or less the same as I did the week before. I'm a bit baffled by the way the body works and I'm not sure if I need to go and see a doctor who might be able to explain it. I'm not sure how this has happened. I'm genuinely in shock and feel quite emotional after stepping on the scales at Slimming World this evening. This weeks loss is a huge 6lbs and I have absolutely no idea how this has happened. I was convinced that I'd either stayed the same or put on. I don't feel that this is in anyway possible but the scales tell me that it is. This puts me into the next stone bracket. It gives me my three stone award and also so...

So this week, I've managed to lose the grand total of 0.00lbs. After the high of Man of the Year last week, I'm a bit miffed with myself as I know that I was good for "most" of the week.
