Back on track.
So this week, there have been some wonderful moments. Sebastian Vettel trashed his new Formula One car, Wales beat England in the Principality Stadium and my weight loss is back on track. :) It's been quite a good week this week. I started by a night out with folks from work. The plan was to go for one drink. Just the one mind you. It ended with me catching the last bus home so that went well. I think the plan for next time is not to have a plan. Therefor

So Happy Valentine's Day dear reader. Today is the the day of love or if you're like me, it's Single Person's Heightened Awareness Day. The day when couples everywhere celebrate their partnership and never ending love for each other. For me, it's Thursday. Thursday of course means a visit to The Scales of Doom. I've had a good week. It started with an amazing rugby match last Friday. Supporting Wales probably helps with the weight loss. It was a big buttock clenching exercise, especially the first half of the game. There were a few beers consumed but not a huge amount and I resisted the temptation to hit the chippy for something to scoff too.
