100 Not Out.

I’ve been a bit of a wanderer this week. My head hasn’t been 100% on plan and I’ve been a bit worried about the things that are happening in our country at the moment.

From Brexit to the way that an incredibly selfish and stupid act (not perpetrated by me) can ruin an evening out for people, my head has been a bit full of strain. I can feel my mood dropping and today hasn’t helped that.

I’ll get over it. I’ll find the way forward. A couple more days in work then a good gig at the local rock club should put my mind to rest.

Food wise, it’s not been great. I had a cracking meal out with the Mum on Sunday. I suppose the rest of the week hasn’t been to bad either foodwise. I’ve tried to keep within the Syns for the day and for the most part have managed that quite well.

I’ve also tried to keep up the walking. I’ve done the Thornhill Mile ™ regularly and all told by my Tracker that I am walking around 3 miles per day.

Fitbit tracker 1st Jan – 17 Jan

So I was hoping for a bit more of a loss this week. As it happened, I’ve managed to lose just 1.5bs. Not as impressive as I hoped but it may be because of the walking that I’ve done.

Still, as it goes, 1.5lbs isn’t that bad. It’s brought me to another milestone in the journey. I’ve now lost 100lbs in total.
