Another downer…

I’ve had a pretty good week all told. It’s been a quiet one. Nothing special or dramatic has happened and I’ve been fairly good foodwise.

Although there’s nothing much happening in my little life at the moment, there’s plenty going on in others. I hope that I’ve been able to help with those that have needed me to be there for them this week.

I’ve not really done much extra walking this week either. I did take Holly the dog for a little longer a walk than usual on Saturday but it wasn’t any great distance. Perhaps a mile or so on a quick circuit of Wenvoe. That’s really all.

My tracker has suggested that I’ve walked nearly 84 miles in total this month. It was suggested that it records when you may just be moving your wrist when typing but if I look at the records it does show the times when I moved around at the office.

So for January, I’ve completed the Race at your Pace challenge and I thought that 25 miles was going to be a bit if a bugger. I should sign up for February but need to try and save a bit of cash this month. I know it’s only a tenner but…

Anyway, onto this weeks weigh in and as you can tell, I’ve hit another target. 7.5 stone off. 2.5lbs this week which is far more than I thought I’d lose.
