Down, only just though.

I must admit that I’ve been on a bit of a downer this week. A good loss last week was all down to the weekend that I spent in Scotland. I returned back to real life very early on Monday morning but I felt really low when I got back.

I’ve hardly been out this week. I did help a mate move into their new flat on Saturday so was shifting furniture but I haven’t been out for drinks or anything this weekend. I did have a beer in the house (just the one) and I had a little glass of rum and coke.

I was up early on Sunday for the Grand Prix and of course in the evening there was an incredible Welsh performance beating Australia in the World Cup.

Work is getting me down a bit. I’m feeling a bit out of my depth again and quite honestly I’m really close to just chucking in the towel. I won’t but I’m feeling really close.

The tale of the scale…

I really don’t feel like a GOAT this week but at least the scales of doom did register a loss this week.

Only half a pound this time but it’s still a loss so I’ll take that. Still got half a pound to go to my 1.5st loss so I’m hopeful that I’ll get there in the next 7 days.

I was told that my shape is definitely changing though and two people have told me that in the last week. That’s a little pleasing to be fair.

So my music choice this week…

It’s VOLA again. However this is their new song Paper Wolf and it’s fantastic. I do love this band.

Next time on Fatboy Slimmer.

So I’ve signed up to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. It’s very doable and all I have to do is walk for 31 miles during the month of October. I’m looking to raise a few quid so my Just Giving page is here for sponsorship.

I also have a Facebook birthday fund raiser running too, raising funds like I do every year for Alzheimer Research. An awful disease that needs a lot of looking into.

I will be looking to do a lot more walking this month. Will do a good few miles and hopefully will watch the grub and start to get back into the plan and lose a bit more. Can I get to two stone lost by the end of the month?

Anyway. Thanks for reading my crap again.
