Chicken fried rice

A mess of chicken, rice and mixed veg.

I’ve gone a bundle on getting a bit of chicken and the popping it into a frying pan. Either dry fried or with a squirt of Frylight in the pan. Simply cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in the pan until it’s cooked.

Add a teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice and some garlic if you want. Then add a bag of microwave rice and a couple of handfuls of mixed veggies. Give it a stir and add a bit of dark soy sauce to it.

Cook it on for another few minutes and then whack it on a plate and enjoy.

Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs – Cut into strips
1 bag Microwave Rice
1 bag Microwave Mixed Veg
1 teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice
1 clove garlic chopped.
Salt to season.
