Meal Food Notes
Breakfast One of those days today, I’ve not eaten breakfast.
Lunch
  • 2 Slimming World Burgers (free)
  • Syn Free Chips
  • Mixed veg (Carrot, Sweetcorn, Peas, Beans)
Mixed veg frozen, put into microwave with some water. 4 minute on max then a further three minutes.
Dinner
  • Home Made Chilli
  • Rice
 Free and speed.
In Between
  • Hi-Fi Bar – Dark Chocolate Mint
  • Hi-Fi Bar – Choc Orange
 Counts as a healthy extra (B)
