2018-10-27 Food Diary

So here’s my food diary for the day. 

Breakfast
2 x HiFi Bars – Free 
Healthy Extra

Lunch
I’m not too sure about this one. I had some potatoes that I had to use up and some eggs that needed to be used.

I boiled the eggs, mixed them with a small amount of pepper and mayo, then put them on to three Tesco’s own Ryvita type of crackers.

I then boiled the potatoes and ate them on their own with a couple of teaspoons of mint sauce just to give them a little bit of extra flavour. 

I’ve been rather ill this last couple of days so my thinking has completely abandoned me this weekend. 

Not sure if there are syns in there. I think the eggs are free and the ryvita type things can be had as a healthy extra. (Update: Nope! 1.5 syns each so that’s 4.5 syns for this.)

Dinner
Home made chilli. – Free
5% Beef, Onions, Carrots, Sweetcorn, Green Chillies, Orange Pepper, Chipotle Chilli seeds, Hot Chilli Powder, Hot Paprika. Oxo Cubes, Tomatoes, Passata.
Rice, Boiled – Free

Snacks
2 x Hifi Bars. 6 syns

Drinks
Hot Chocolate Options. – 2 syns?

  1. Maybe try less hifi bars? Have you tried porridge for breakfast? 2 mins in the microwave with just enough milk to cover the oats. Really filling and really cheap. Slow release energy too. If you don’t like it plain you can add fruit.
